Confusion Is Not of God

God is never the author of any confusion in your life. He is a God of love and peace. He wants to shower His love on you and grow you into a positive Christian role model. However, this thing called confusion is real and can come at you in so many forms and often creates stress in your life. Oftentimes people will say or do things just to “work on your nerves” or “get under your skin”, as we have often heard it said, but be reminded that this is not of God.

For God is not the author of confusion but of peace, as in all the churches of the saints. 2 Corinthians 14:33

If we can recall scripture in the book of John, Chapter 16, we see the disciples dialoguing with Jesus. Jesus told them that He wanted them to have peace in Him, but that it would not always be that way. John 16:33

In the world you have tribulation and trials and distress and frustration: but be of good cheer [take courage; be confident, certain, undaunted]! For I have overcome the world. [I have deprived it of power to harm you and have conquered it for you.]

Amplified Bible John 16:33

Jesus was telling the disciples that although these things would occur they did not have to overtake us. We would not have to allow such things to control us since He had overcome the word. Since he overcame the world, we are able to overcome anything that comes our way. So, although confusion is everywhere, we are able to find peace because we have Christ in our life.

Remember that Christ is your peace and you are an overcomer!
